What do I need before the technician arrives?+
The vehicle should be on safe, level ground with enough working room around it. Please have the wheel-lock key available and make sure someone can meet the technician and approve the work.
Can you come to my workplace or fleet yard?+
Yes. We can attend homes, workplaces, job sites, and fleet yards when there is safe access and permission to complete the work on the property.
Do you take after-hours calls?+
Yes. Regular hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After-hours tire service is available by phone based on location, vehicle type, and technician availability.
